Previous article:
The criminal element was active again this holiday weekend. A number of vehicles in the River Ridge, Breezeswept and Rockledge Drive areas were burglarized from 4 AM to 6 AM on Friday and from 4AM to 7AM on Saturday. All of the vehicles were again unlocked.
In addition to asking all residents to take the extra time to LOCK your vehicle doors and REMOVE ALL BELONGINGS, Officer Manzo is also asking the residents of the above neighborhoods, if they have any suspect info or video surveillance to please contact the RPD.
As an added note, please recognize that these vehicle burglaries are not constrained to one particular area and as a result, ALL neighborhoods need to step up their observation and reporting efforts for any suspicious activities. Only through a collective and concerted effort will we be successful in our neighborhood watch program.
Update:
The attached file offers a picture of an individual the RPD is looking for who might have information related to a series of recent vehicle burglaries in Rockledge. Please disseminate the attached to your cognizant neighborhood watch contacts. If you have any knowledge of who this individual might be or his whereabouts, please contact the RPD per the guidance included in the document.
